Orders placed November 14 – December 16, 2025 may be returned through January 15, 2026.
How to Return Your Order
Our simple four-step process makes returns quick and hassle-free.
Initiate
Contact our customer service team to request your return. We'll email you a prepaid UPS shipping label with your Return Authorization Number.
Prepare
Include all original packaging, return packing slip, and diamond certificates. Place jewelry in its original box, then into a shipping box.
Ship
Drop off at a staffed UPS location. Obtain a receipt for proof of shipment, as this serves as your insurance confirmation.
Refund
Once received, our team inspects and verifies your return. Refunds process within 7 business days to your original payment method.

General Requirements
- Return must be shipped within 7 days of approval
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- Include all original documentation and packaging
- Missing diamond certificates incur a $100 replacement fee
- Items modified or resized by others cannot be returned
- Items showing wear or damage will not be accepted
Full Refund Eligible
- All pre-designed styles qualify for full refund
- Design Your Ring selections qualify for full refund
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Credit card refunds appear within one billing cycle
Store Credit Only
- High Jewelry pieces
- Special Orders and Truly Custom orders
- Lifetime Warranty still applies
- One-time redesign option available for custom pieces

- Packages without Return Authorization will not be accepted
- Refused deliveries cannot be refunded

Refund Processing
