Delivery Requirements
- Signature is required for all deliveries
- We ship only to physical home or business addresses, not P.O. Boxes
- UPS will make three delivery attempts; after the third, the package returns to us
Address & Security
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed for security purposes
- We are unable to redirect packages to alternate addresses once shipped
- Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
Delays & Exceptions
- We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or carrier issues
- Delays may occur due to incorrect or incomplete address information
- In certain cases, we may use alternative carriers without prior notification
