We warrant that all jewelry purchased from Beyond Carat will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, and that the optical properties of your lab-grown diamonds will never fade or cloud over time.
What's Covered
Every piece is manufactured to the highest standards and carefully inspected before shipment. Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covers all Beyond Carat purchases, regardless of price or item type.
Manufacturing Defects
Defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery are fully covered. We'll repair or replace your piece at no cost.
Diamond Brilliance
The optical properties of your lab-grown diamonds are guaranteed to never fade or cloud over time. Your sparkle is forever.
Free Warranty Shipping
For covered repairs, we provide a prepaid insured shipping label. We cover all shipping costs for warrantied repairs.
What's Not Covered
While we stand behind our products, certain conditions fall outside our manufacturing warranty.
General wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
Fading or discoloration of metals due to exposure to chemicals, pools, hot tubs, perfumes, or inadequate care.
Prong thinning from regular wear. Precious metals naturally wear down over time, which may cause prongs to open.
Third-party repairs or modifications void the warranty. Services must be performed by Beyond Carat or our authorized partners.
Stone loss caused by trauma or damage. We recommend insuring your jewelry for loss, theft, or catastrophic damage.
Damage to center stones including chipping, cracking, or breaking. Diamonds are durable but not indestructible.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, our team is here to help.
Contact Us with Documentation
Email us with your order number, clear images and/or videos of the jewelry showing the area of concern, and any details about how or when the issue was noticed. Our team will review your submission.
Assessment & Determination
If we determine the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we'll provide a prepaid insured shipping label and necessary paperwork at no cost to you. If the damage is not covered, we'll send you a repair estimate for your approval.
Repair & Return
Once we receive your jewelry, we'll inspect it and complete the covered repair or, at our discretion, replace the item. Repair typically takes 1-3 weeks, after which we'll ship your jewelry back in a new jewelry box.

Repairs
Sometimes jewelry needs maintenance due to regular wear. Our US facility offers a range of repair services at competitive prices:

- Tightening prongs
- Re-polishing
- Rhodium re-plating
- Thorough professional cleaning
Free Ring Sizing
Didn't get the ring size quite right? We'll resize your ring one time FREE within 30 days of shipping for U.S. orders.
- Free one-time resizing within 30 days (U.S. orders)
- Additional resizing available for a fee
- Eternity-style rings must be remade in the correct size (one-time offer within 30 days)
- We resize only if the ring's integrity can be maintained
Extended Product Protection
For coverage beyond our manufacturing warranty, Extend Product Protection guards against defects and accidental damage not otherwise covered.
If your jewelry breaks, Extend will repair it without a deductible. And if they can't repair it, they'll replace it.
