Clean Origin's certification page states that each lab-created centre stone is independently verified and graded by laboratories including GCAL and IGI, with the report number inscribed on the girdle, and its diamond search offers colour filters D to G, clarity filters VS2 to IF and cut filters Very Good, Excellent and Ideal.
Every Beyond Carat diamond is graded by IGI before it ships, and the report travels with the ring at no extra charge. Returns and resizing
Clean Origin's return policy runs 60 days from the day the order is ready for delivery or pickup, refunded to the original payment method or as store credit at the customer's choice with return shipping covered, and its resizing policy offers one complimentary resize on standard ring styles within 60 days of the original shipment date for U.S. customers.
Beyond Carat counts 65 days from the day the order ships. U.S. returns travel on a prepaid insured UPS label, and the refund goes back to the original payment method with nothing deducted. Warranty
Clean Origin's warranty page publishes a lifetime guarantee that its jewelry is free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, with a prepaid insured label and repair at no cost where a defect is confirmed, alongside an optional Forever Service Plan sold separately that adds an annual inspection with cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating, resizing, stone tightening and prong re-tipping.
