Yes. Most people start without a design. Tell us about her and we’ll help you find the direction.
Am I expected to buy after the call?
No. The call is complimentary and there is no obligation.
Does custom cost more?
Not necessarily. For reference, our complete 1-carat lab-grown solitaires start around $1,049. We’ll talk through options for your budget on the call, before anything is made.
Do I need to know my budget?
No. A rough range helps, but we can help you work through it.
Who will I be speaking with?
A Beyond Carat designer from our team at 62 W 47th St, in New York’s Diamond District.
Is it a real diamond? Is it certified?
Yes. Every Beyond Carat diamond is 100% lab-grown and graded by IGI, the International Gemological Institute. The report ships in the box.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Resizing is free for a full year from shipping on U.S. orders, and every piece carries a lifetime manufacturing warranty. Eternity styles can’t be resized, so we remake them once, free, within that year.
