    Fast delivery and beautiful ring.

    Delivery was fast (I chose express delivery) and the ring is beautiful. My new fiancé absolutely loves it. There is some imperfection on the ring itself. A small section of the ring is very bumpy, which was disappointing. Update: the customer care team was very friendly and helpful. I was initially offered to have it fixed free of charge, but we then agreed on a discount instead.

Your certificate confirms the exact cut, color, clarity, and carat weight of your stone, with a unique report number laser-inscribed on the diamond's girdle.

About Our Diamonds

Are these real diamonds?

Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds. They share the exact same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. The only difference is their origin—ours are grown in a controlled lab environment rather than dug from the earth. They are not fakes, cubic zirconia, or moissanite.

Are these moissanite?

No. We do not sell moissanite or diamond simulants. Every stone we set is a genuine lab-grown diamond.

Do your diamonds come with a certificate?

Yes. Authenticity is important to us. All our solitaire diamonds and larger stones come with a certificate from IGI (International Gemological Institute). This certificate verifies the diamond’s quality and proves it is a genuine lab-grown diamond.

What is the quality of your diamonds?

We only use premium stones. Our standard quality is D, E, or F color (Colorless to Near Colorless) and VVS or VS clarity (Very Very Slightly Included). This means your diamond will look clear, bright, and free of visible imperfections to the naked eye. All our diamonds feature an Excellent Cut for maximum sparkle.

Why are your prices so affordable?

We are a "Factory-Direct" brand. We grow our own diamonds and manufacture our jewelry in-house. By selling directly to you and skipping the middlemen (importers, wholesalers, and traditional retailers), we eliminate the extra markups. You get the same luxury quality at a fair, honest price.

Do you offer installment plans or EMI?

es. We want to make luxury accessible. We partner with secure payment providers to offer "Buy Now, Pay Later" and EMI options at checkout. Just select the plan that suits your budget when you are ready to pay.

I saw a lower price yesterday. Can I still get it?

Our prices may change due to promotions or fluctuations in raw material costs. Unfortunately, once a sale ends or a price is updated, we cannot apply the old price to a new order. We recommend buying when you see a price you like to lock it in.

Yes. We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 65-Day Money-Back Guarantee — the longest return window in lab-grown diamond jewelry. You can return the item in its original condition within 65 days of shipping for a full refund or exchange.

When will I receive my order?

We provide an estimated delivery date at checkout. While we work hard to deliver on time, sometimes weather or courier delays happen. If you need your jewelry by a specific date (like an anniversary or engagement), please contact us before ordering so we can help ensure it arrives on time.

Can you make a custom design for me?

Absolutely! Since we manufacture everything ourselves, we can bring almost any design to life. If you have a specific style in mind, contact our team. We will guide you through choosing the diamond and setting to create your perfect piece.

Warranty & Care

Is there a warranty on the jewelry?

Yes. We stand by our craftsmanship. Every piece comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If you notice an issue with the setting or structure of the ring, contact our support team, and we will make it right.

What if I need a repair or resizing later?

We are here to help. Ring resizing is free for a full year from the date your order ships, on U.S. orders — just contact our support team and we’ll arrange it. Eternity-style rings can’t be resized, so we remake yours in the correct size once, free, within that year. After 12 months, and for repairs outside the lifetime warranty, contact us for costs and shipping instructions.
