The asscher draws the eye inward and the round throws light outward, so the two stones are doing opposite things by design. Cropped corners mean there is nothing on the asscher side to protect.
A square step cut carries more weight in depth than any brilliant, so the asscher is usually the heavier of the two for the pair to look even. What is a two stone earring?
A two stone earring sets a pair of diamonds in one piece, usually in contrasting shapes, rather than a single centre stone. We build them across ten shape pairings and 210 designs, in studs, hoops and drops. Every stone is IGI-certified in D–F colour and VVS–VS clarity.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. A lab-grown diamond has the identical carbon crystal structure, the identical hardness of 10 on the Mohs scale and the identical optical properties as a mined diamond. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission removed the word "natural" from its definition of a diamond in 2018 for exactly this reason. The difference is origin, not material.
Which of the 4Cs has the most visible impact to the naked eye?
Cut, by a wide margin, and it is the one most buyers under-weight. A stone can hold the top grades for everything else and still look dull if its proportions leak light out of the bottom instead of returning it through the table. Carat is the second most visible, being the only one you can read across a room. We set Excellent cut only.
What is the best color grade for a lab grown diamond?
D is the top grade, but best and highest are not the same question. D, E and F are all colorless, and once a stone is set nobody separates them by eye — the distinction is a laboratory comparison against master stones. Beyond Carat sets nothing below F, so the lowest grade you can buy here still reads colorless on the hand.
